These terms apply when you visit nursedoodles.com or buy from Nurse Doodles ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Our products

We sell study guides for nursing students as PDF downloads and as full-color paperbacks printed to order in the USA. Product pages describe what each book covers, its page count and format. Sample pages are representative of the full book.

2. Your licence to use our books

When you buy a book, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read, annotate and print it for your own study. You may keep it on your own devices.

You may not share, upload, resell, give away, post in groups or drives, or otherwise distribute the files or any substantial part of them, and you may not remove our copyright notices. Each person who uses a book needs their own copy. All content, illustrations and designs remain the property of Nurse Doodles and are protected by copyright.

3. Educational use only

Our books are study aids for learning and exam preparation. They are not medical advice, a clinical drug reference or a substitute for your instructor, your program's materials, facility policy or professional judgment. Always follow current drug references, your instructor and your facility's protocols in clinical practice. While we work to keep our content accurate and up to date, we can't guarantee that it is free of errors or complete for every situation.

4. Exams and trademarks

Practice questions are written in the style of nursing exams and are not actual exam questions. We don't guarantee any exam result. NCLEX® and NCLEX-RN® are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN), which is not affiliated with and does not endorse or sponsor Nurse Doodles or its products.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. Sale prices apply only during the stated sale period. Payments are processed securely by our checkout provider; we never see or store your full card details. If a price is shown in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Delivery, refunds and support

Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy and refunds in our Refund Policy. PDF sales are final.

7. Accounts and conduct

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your account details private. Don't misuse the site, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, or interfere with its operation.

8. Reviews and messages you send us

If you send us a review, feedback or a correction, you allow us to use it to improve our books and, for reviews, to publish it with your first name and last initial. We only publish genuine reviews from real customers.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our products and site are provided "as is", and Nurse Doodles is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of them. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
