We still want every nurse and nursing student to be happy with their purchase, so we gladly issue a refund or replacement when:
- Duplicate purchase – you accidentally bought the same item twice.
- Faulty file – your file is corrupted, incomplete or won't open, and we can't fix it with a replacement.
- Not delivered – you didn't receive your download link and we can't resend it.
- Wrong item – you received a different product from the one you ordered.
To request help, email support@nursedoodles.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Bundles are treated as a single purchase. Discount codes can't be applied to past orders.
